INGREDIENTS
2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | t | Soda |
1 | t | Salt |
1 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | t | Allspice |
2 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |
1 | 21-oz apple pie filling | |
1/2 | c | Oil |
1 | t | Vanilla |
1 | c | Chopped dates |
1 | c | Chopped nuts |
Cool whip |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 6 ingredients; stir gently. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in dates and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
