Name: Apple Pie in a Brown Bag
Ingredients: 4 lg Apples -- peeled and sliced; 3/4 c Sugar; 3 tb Flour; 1 ts Cinnamon; 1 Pie crust; 2 tb Lemon juice; ***TOPPING***; 1/2 c Sugar; 1/2 c Flour; 1/2 c Butter -- melted

The word command carries the idea of authority. The most basic meaning of the word is “to direct with authority.” A command does not just give guidance that one may accept or reject; a command implies that the one giving it has the authority to require obedience and the intention of doing so. This is true of the commands of God. As the Sovereign God of the universe, He has the authority to require obedience and He does insist that we obey Him.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place apple slices in pastry-lined pie pan.  Combine sugar, flour and
cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.  Drizzle with lemon juice.  In bowl,
combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over pie.  Place in
brown paper bag, fold end twice and fasten.  Bake at 350 for 50 to 60
