Ingredients: 1 Apple; (100 g); 150 ml Milk; 1 ts Cream; (5 ml); A pinch of nutmeg powder; 2 ts Lemon juice; (10 ml); Salt to taste

Jam. 2:15-17; Lk. 6:30, 38;2I Cor. 9:6-15; Prov. 28:27). 7. The Principle of Contentment – I will be content to live on whatever God chooses to provide, whether little or much (Phil. 4:11-13; cf. Prov. 30:7-9; Matt. 6:24-34; 1 Tim. 6:8).

INGREDIENTS

1		Apple; (100 g)
150	ml	Milk
1	ts	Cream; (5 ml)
		A pinch of nutmeg powder
2	ts	Lemon juice; (10 ml)

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE SEASONING
PEEL and dice the apple. Cook in milk for 10 to 15 minutes. When cool,
blend in a mixer. Beat cream, adding nutmeg powder, lemon juice and
salt. Mix all ingredients to a smooth consistency.
