INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/2 | c | Flour |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1/2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1/4 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
| 2 | Egg whites; beaten | |
| 3/4 | c | Brown sugar |
| 3/4 | C.shredded peeled apple | |
| 3 | tb | Oil |
| 1/2 | ts | Finely shredded orange peel |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg. In a large bowl stir together egg whites, brown sugar, apple, oil, and orange peel. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture just til combined. Spray an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray coating. Pour batter into pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven-gas mark 4. For 45-50 minutes.
