Ingredients: 1 c Unsweetened applesauce OR- crushed pineapple (unsweetened); 1/4 c Molasses; 1/4 c Honey; 1/2 ts Vanilla; 1/4 ts Almond extract; 1 1/2 c AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix; 2 ts AM Canola Oil

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Unsweetened applesauce OR- crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
1/4	c	Molasses
1/4	c	Honey
1/2	ts	Vanilla

1 1/2	c	AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix
2	ts	AM Canola Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix liquids thoroughly.  Add the dry mix.  Stir gently.  Pour into a
well-oiled square cake pan.  Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored yogurt.
