INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Unsweetened applesauce OR- crushed pineapple (unsweetened) |
| 1/4 | c | Molasses |
| 1/4 | c | Honey |
| 1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1/4 | ts | Almond extract |
| 1 1/2 | c | AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix |
| 2 | ts | AM Canola Oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a well-oiled square cake pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until done.
