INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Shiitake mushrooms |
1 | c | Peanut oil |
1/4 | c | Sesame oil |
6 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | c | Balsamic vinegar |
1 1/2 | T | Garlic, minced |
4 | c | Dikon radish, julienned |
4 | c | Carrots, julienned |
4 | c | Red onion, roasted |

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Toss all. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Cool, then julienne. STEP 2: Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms. STEP 3: Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
