Name: Asian-Style Chicken Packets
Ingredients: 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed; 2 tb Soy sauce; 1/4 ts Garlic powder; 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper; 4 Boned and skinned chicken breast halves; 3 c Frozen stir fry vegetable mix; 4 Sheets Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Foil; (12x8 inches each)

They live their days in the light of eternity, knowing how to manage their appearance and time and money and energies that reflect the true priorities of life of God, family, church and career. Their love for God and people is so evident that others respect them and naturally come to them for counsel. A dignified person has nothing to disgrace his or her character in the sight of man or God. When people look at your personal life, family life, financial life, church life, professional life, do they see a person of dignity?

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Brown sugar; packed
2	tb	Soy sauce
1/4	ts	Garlic powder
1/4	ts	Cayenne pepper
4		Boned and skinned chicken breast halves
3	c	Frozen stir fry vegetable mix
4		Sheets Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Foil; (12×8 inches each)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic
powder and cayenne pepper. set aside.
2. Center one chicken breast half on each foil sheet. Pour soy sauce
mixture evenly over chicken. Top with vegetables.
3. Wrap and seal to form 4 packets.
4. Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in the overn. To serve, spoon
vegetables and sauce over chicken.
I love this recipe. It's similar to an entree some Chinese restaurants
serve. Usually referred to as chicken in foil. All of the flavors mingle
together to make it delicious. This is a great recipe for freezing if you
need individual servings later on. Tip: if you don't have heavy duty foil
just double up on the regular stuff.
