Ingredients: 2 c Flour; 2 c Sugar; 1 ts Baking powder; 2 ts Baking soda; 3/4 c Cocoa; 2 Eggs; 1 c Milk; 1 ts Vanilla; 1 c Boiling water; 1/2 c Vegetable oil
