Ingredients: 1 1/2 ts Soda.; 1 1/4 c Buttermilk; 2 c Sugar; 3/4 c Oil; 3 Eggs; 3 c Plain flour; 3 Bananas (mashed); 1 ts Lemon juice; 1 c Pecans (chopped); 1/8 ts Salt

1 1/2	ts	Soda.
1 1/4	c	Buttermilk
2	c	Sugar
3/4	c	Oil
3		Eggs
3	c	Plain flour
3		Bananas (mashed)
1	ts	Lemon juice
1	c	Pecans (chopped)
1/8	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve soda in milk.  Mix all ingredients in bowl.  Beat with mixer
well.  Add nuts that have been floured just enough to cover.  Bake at 350
degrees for 45 min. to 1 hr. or until done.
