Minced garlic

Dried chili flakes or 1 fresh green chili; minced
INSTRUCTIONS
Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen.
Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill
several hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
