Name: Avgolemono Sauce
Ingredients: 3 Eggs; 1/4 c Lemon juice; 1 c Warm chicken stock or bouillon

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs in top of a double boiler. Gradually blend in juice and stock.
Cook over hot water until thickened. Beat until foamy. Serve hot over
vegetables. Calories: 9 per Tablespoon. Yield: 2 cups.
