Ingredients: 1 RIPE AVOCADO (PEELED AND SEE; 1 MEDIUM ONION (FINELY CHOPPED; 1 c MAYONNAISE; 1/4 ts THYME; 1/4 ts BASIL; 1/4 ts ROSEMARY; 1/4 ts SAGE; 1/4 ts MARJORAM; 8 oz SOUR CREAM; 1 lb CRACKERS OR CHIPS

So much energy is devoted to college choices and career pursuits and athletic, artistic and academic accomplishments and wedding plans and the list continues. And all of this is important, but nothing is more important than the spiritual soul of your child.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, mash avocado. Add onion,
mayonnaise, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage,
marjoram, and sour cream. Mix well. serve with
crackers or chips.
Yields 2 cups.
