Ingredients: 1 ts Grated orange peel; 1 md Orange, peeled & diced; 2 ts Grated lemon peel; 1 tb Lemon juice; 2 tb Minced onion; 2 tb Chopped cilantro; 1 ts Ground cumin seed; 1/2 ts Salt; 1 lg Ripe avacado, diced; 1 ds Cayenne pepper to taste
