INSTRUCTIONS
Place bacon on bacon rack. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High for 3
1/2 minutes or until almost done. Starting 1/2-inch from the end, slit each
hot dog lengthwise. Cut cheese into 4 strips and place in hot dog buns.
Wrap bacon around hot dogs and secure with toothpicks. Drain grease from
bacon rack. Place hot dogs on rack. Cover with paper towel.
Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Spread mustard
on buns and place bacon wrapped hot dogs in each. Warm, if desired, 8
seconds each.
