INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe by: CHEF DU JOUR DON PINTABONA SHOW #DJ9108 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core apple. Stuff each apple with brown sugar and a pat of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In a buttered pan, bake apples for about 30 minutes, or until soft, basting with butter after 15 minutes. In saucepan warm eggnog with vanilla bean until begins to steam.
