Name: Baked Catfish Parmesan #1
Ingredients: 1 lb Skinless catfish fillets; 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs; 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese; 2 tb Chopped parsley; 1/2 ts Paprika; 1/4 ts Dried oregano; 1/4 ts Dried basil; 2 ts Pepper; 1/3 c Milk; 2 ts Vegetable oil

God is sovereign, but parents are responsible. God’s sovereignty is our hope. Parents are utterly dependent on God. He can save any child, no matter how dark the circumstances. On the other hand, God normally reaches children through their parents. It is fatal to presume on God’s sovereignty by neglecting parental faithfulness. Yet it is also a mistake to assume that it all depends on us. It doesn’t. In fact, none of your efforts will prevail unless God bestows the gift of faith on your children. We are utterly dependent and responsible at the same time.

INGREDIENTS

1	lb	Skinless catfish fillets
1/2	c	Dry bread crumbs
1/4	c	Grated Parmesan cheese
2	tb	Chopped parsley
1/2	ts	Paprika
1/4	ts	Dried oregano
1/4	ts	Dried basil
2	ts	Pepper
1/3	c	Milk
2	ts	Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in milk
and then roll in crumb mixture.
Spray baking pan with nonstick coating. Arrange fish in pan. Drizzle oil
over fish.
Bake at 450 degrees about 8-10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
Yields 4 servings, 231 calories each.
