Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Cod fillets; or other whitefish; 1 tb Plus 1 tsp. olive oil; 1/4 ts Lemon pepper

INGREDIENTS

1	tb	Plus 1 tsp. olive oil
1/4	ts	Lemon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook: 10 min.
Preheat oven to 375&deg;F. Arrange fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil
and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste. Bake 10-12 minutes or until
fish is opaque throughout.
