INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200c/400f.
1 Wrap the goats' cheese in the Parma ham. Place in a ovenproof dish
and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Blanch the beans in salted
water for four minutes, drain and refresh in cold water.
2 Halve and put in a bowl with the chives and hazelnuts. Peel and
segment one orange and add. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and
juice of the half orange. Season and serve with the baked goats'
cheese.
