INSTRUCTIONS
*NOTE: Can delete the margarine completely.
Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
Put the leeks in the baking dish with the cut side down. Add the broth,
salt and pepper and margarine (if you are using it). Cover with foil. Bake
for about 1 hr.
