INSTRUCTIONS
Use 7-8 medium potatoes, boiled and drained. Add 8 ozs. cream cheese, 8
ozs. sour cream., 1 tsp. onion powder and some milk, if needed and mash
good. Put in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 30 mins. at 350 F. (This
recipe can be made ahead of time).
