INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | lb | Cheese |
| 1 | lb | Potatoes |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | oz | Butter |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Mustard |
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil and mash potatoes, mix potatoes, grated cheese, beaten egg and butter together, season with mustard, pepper and salt to taste. If too stiff add a little milk. Pour into a buttered dish and bake until light brown (about 15 minutes in quick oven).
