Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Venison or turkey sausage; 1 Onion; diced; 1 Green sweet pepper; diced; 2 Stalks celery; diced; 12 oz Elbow macaroni; 2 cn Tomatoes; 2 c Milk; 2 c Cheddar cheese; 2 tb Butter; 2 tb Flour; 1 tb Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown sausage in water, dice. Add butter, onion, pepper, and celery; saute.
Add milk, flour, cheddar cheese. Saute all. Add to cooked macaroni and 2
cans tomatoes and sausage. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350. for 25 to
30    minutes.
