Mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
In medium skillet, heat oil and saute' onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and
pepper 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme. Spoon equal
amounts on each fillet. Roll fish to enclose stuffing. Lay seam side down
in shallow baking dish. In small bowl, whisk together parmesan, mayonnaise,
mustard and wine. Spread over fillets. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serves 4
