INSTRUCTIONS
Layer all the ingredients together between the sheets of pastry with
the butter and sugar, and roll up the pastry. Brush with plenty of
melted butter and dust with nutmeg. Bake in the oven at 180C for
about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix the honey and caster sugar to make a syrup and glaze the baklava
as soon as it comes out of the oven. Dust with icing sugar.
