Name: Balsamic Dressing (Fat Free)
Ingredients: 3/4 c Water; 1/4 c Balsamic vinegar; 3 ts Capers; 2 ts Dijon mustard; 1 1/2 ts Dried basil; 1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped (optional)
