INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Fresh raspberries |
| 1 | c | Fresh blueberries |
| 1 | c | Sliced banana; (about 1 large) |
| 1 | Carton; (8-oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt | |
| 1/4 | c | Powdered sugar |
| 1/8 | ts | Cardamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash berries, reserving a few for garnish. Place all fruit in a serving bowl. 2. In small bowl, combine yogurt ,powdered sugar and cardamon; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add to fruit; toss gently to mix thoroughly. Spoon into 4 individual dessert dishes; garnish with reserved berries. Makes 4 (2/3-cup) servings.
