INGREDIENTS
| 1 3/4 | c | Flour |
| 2 3/4 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/3 | c | Butter or oleo |
| 2/3 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3 | Ripe bananas; mashed (up to 4) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add bananas, then dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Cook approx. 1 hour at 350 °. You can also use muffin pans to bake this, just shorten the cooking time. Submitted to cookbook by Lurline Braud.
