Whipped cream or whipped topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening & add sugar. Add eggs, beating well after each. Stir in
bananas. Add dry ingredients & then nuts. Pour into greased & floured
8x8x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares & serve
warm or cold. Put whipped topping on top when served. Yields 9-12 servings.
