INGREDIENTS

| 1 3/4 | c | Oat bran |
| 3/4 | c | Whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tb | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | c | Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute |
| 3/4 | c | Carrot, grated |
| 1 | md | Banana, mashed |
| 2 | tb | Oil |
| 1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 | c | Walnuts, optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix togwether skim milk, oat bran, and flour. Mix eggs, carrots, and banana. add remainning ingred, mix together then stir in oat bran mixture. Mix unti moistenned.
