Ingredients: 3 Mashed bananas; 1 1/2 c Sugar; 1/2 c Oil; 1 Egg; 1/4 c Milk; 1 1/2 c Flour; 1 ts Baking soda; 1/2 c Walnuts (optional)

Mix together in order given.  Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong
or small loaf pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
