Packed brown sugar

Pineapple juice or orange juice

Chopped pecans or raisins
INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in sugar and pineapple
juice. Bring to boil; cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until clear
and slightly thickened.
Meanwhile, slice bananas; add to skillet along with cinnamon. Cook for 1
minute or until bananas are heated through. Stir in pecans. Serve warm.
Makes 2 1/2 cups Note: Great over waffles and pancakes and also tasty over
