Ingredients: 1/2 c Sugar; 1 c Water; 3 BANANAS; 2 Eggs; 2 tb Lemon juice; 1 pn Salt; Boil one-half cup of sugar and one cup of; Water together until the mixture threads.; Remove from heat; add three peeled; Bananas; two tablespoons of lemon juice,; And the two well beaten eggs.; Add the pinch of salt and mash and beat; Until smooth.; This is a delicious hot sauce for; Puddings; Yield: Sauce for 3 servings
