INSTRUCTIONS
In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring
constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2
minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
