Name: Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients: 3/4 c Chopped Onion; 1/3 c Lemon Juice; 2 ts Salt; 3/4 c Water; 2 tb Prepared Mustard; 3/4 c Tomato Catsup; 3 tb Worcestershire Sauce; 1/2 c Salad Oil; 3 tb Sugar; 1/2 ts Pepper

INGREDIENTS

3/4	c	Chopped Onion
1/3	c	Lemon Juice
2	ts	Salt
3/4	c	Water
2	tb	Prepared Mustard

3	tb	Sugar
1/2	ts	Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion until soft in oil.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 15
minutes.  Good for steak, chicken or other barbecue favorites.
