Name: Basic Baked Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 Idaho potatoes

It is an indictment on our pride to think as the created, we can question the Creator’s faithfulness. God is faithful – He’s shown it in the life of Jesus Christ and He declares it cover-to-cover in the Bible. A better question to ask is whether or not we are faithful to Him in tough times with words and actions of obedience that demonstrate it. Are we joyously and productively making the most of the trials with our faith in tact, feet on the narrow path pointed toward the Celestial City, overcoming temptations, eyes firmly fixed on Jesus Christ who is the “author and perfecter of faith” (Heb. 12:2)?

INGREDIENTS

Idaho potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Scrub potatoesand pierce all over with a fork.  Line microwave with paper
towels and arrange potatoes on top.  Microwave on high for 5 minutes, tur
and
rearrange potatoe and microwave 5 minutes more.  Repeat until potaotes feel
soft, 5-8 minutes more.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Preheat oven to 375 Cun an X
into the top of each potato. Scoop out the flesh leaving a thick potato
shell.
Chop the potao's flesh and place eash in its own small bowl.  Combine with
add
ons(see recipes) Arrange stuffed potatoes in baking pan and bake 15
minutes or
until heated.
