Handful? basil, fresh; shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat vinegar until just before boiling. Combine basil and vingegar in a
glass bottle, and let cool. Seal tightly, and infuse for two weeks. Strain
the vinegar into a fresh bottle, and add a sprig of basil.
