INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | lb | Italian sausage HOT;, browned and sliced |
| 1 | lb | Chicken breasts; skinned and boned |

| 42 | oz | Canned tomatoes |

| 1/2 | ts | Thyme |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Italian seasoning |
| 1 | ts | Oregano |
| 4 | Bay leaves | |
| 1/3 | c | Black olives; sliced |
| 1/4 | c | Parsley |
INSTRUCTIONS
Broil chicken breast. When cool cut into small pieces. Brown Italian Sausage, slice. Add all the ingredients. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer as long as you dare.
