INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Lean, tender pork in one |

1/4 | c | Chicken stock |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Brown bean sauce |
2 | T | Chinese cooking wine |
2 | T | Garlic, finely chopped |
6 | Red food coloring, optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix stock, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, cooking wine, chopped garlic, and food coloring. Pour over pork. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 500F. 4. Place pork on rack over drip pan in oven, reduce heat to 350F, and roast for 1 hour.
