Name: Bbq Sause
Ingredients: 1 -(up to); 2 c BBQ sause of your choice (sorry I cheated; but this is a great base); 1 ts Crushed red pepper (careful with this if you don't like hot stuff) (up to); 3 tb Grape juice (canned last fall with Concord grapes); 1 Soy sause (up to); 3 tb Honey (up to); 2 tb Pure maple syrup (up to); 5 Cloves garlic (minced fine); Salt & pepper to taste

The highest suicide rates are among people ages 35-49 and people 65 and over. 9. The suicide rate on American Indian reservations is 5 times the national average.
