A bunch of Cilantro; if you just use the leaves, it's got a milder flavor, the stems are the strong, spicy part |

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix it all up, let the flavors merge in the frig, then enjoy. It's
even better the next day. Keeps about a week. Great with BBQ! Bet
avocado would be good in it too, but I've not tried to add it.
