Low-sodium soy sauce;

INSTRUCTIONS
In a wok or a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil. Rinse bean sprout
under cold water. Saute green onions about 3 minutes; stir in
sprouts to heat through. Toss with soy sauce. Garnish with parsley
