INSTRUCTIONS
Brush the onion bread croutes with the olive oil and bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut the beef fillet into circles with a pastry cutter and season. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil until very hot. Place in the beef fillet and cook on each side for 20 seconds. Tomato and horseradish sauce: Mix all the ingredients together.
