Soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim off fat. Slice meat very thin with grain. Place meat in shallow pan.
Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 24 hours. Preheat oven at
125 degrees. Lay strips on oven racks in single layers. Place foil on
bottom to catch drip- pings. Leave oven door slightly open. Test
occasionally. Bake 8 to 12 hours until chewy.
