INGREDIENTS
50 | g | Butter, unsalted |
2 | lb | Diced topside of beef |
1/4 | t | Ground coriander |
4 | Shallots, diced | |
2 | Sprigs thyme | |
1 3/4 | pt | Newcastle brown ale |
2 | T | Flour |
2 | T | Dijon mustard |
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry off the shallots in the butter. Add the beef and brown for 4-5 minutes. Add the flour and cook. Add the coriander and thyme and mustard. Add the beer and cover the meat.
