Ingredients: 1/2 lb Lean beef; 1/2 Bundle preserved turnip; 2 sl Fresh ginger root; 1 ts Light soy sauce; 1 ts Peanut oil; 1/4 ts Sugar; 1 ds Pepper

INGREDIENTS

1/2	lb	Lean beef
1/2		Bundle preserved turnip
2	sl	Fresh ginger root
1	ts	Light soy sauce
1	ts	Peanut oil
1/4	ts	Sugar
1	ds	Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mince or grind beef. Wash and shred preserved turnip; shred ginger root.
Then combine and blend with remaining ingredients.
2. Leave the cooked rice still in its pot and spread the beef mixture over.
Cook, covered, 2 minutes more over low heat; then serve.
