INSTRUCTIONS
To prepare the marinade, whisk together the oil, beer, and lemon
juice. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaves, mustard, basil,
oregano, and thyme. Mix well. This recipe yields about 2 cups of
marinade.
