INGREDIENTS
3 | Beets, cooked and peeled | |
2 | Tart apples, peeled & cored | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Cube the beets and the apples and mix together in a bowl wiht the cheese, the walnuts and the scallions. Drizzle dressing over and stir to coat. Serve on a bed of butterhead lettuce.
