Unsweetened chocolate; melted and cooled (you can melt the margarine and chocolate together if you like) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x2 in. pan or 3 eight in.
pans, or two 9 in. pans.
Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low
speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes high speed, scraping bowl
occasionally. Pour into pans. Bake oblong pans 40-45 minutes. Bake layer
pans 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost with desired frosting.
