INGREDIENTS

500 g Plain flour
350 g Caster sugar
2 Oranges; zest of
2 tb Rosemary needles
4 Eggs
1 200 gram who almonds
50 g Pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add all the other ingredients but the
flour. Mix in the flour with a wooden spoon to a stiff paste. With
floured hands make four sausages and put on two floured trays. Cook
at 200C for 40 minutes, remove from the oven and slice thinly.
Return to the oven, reduce the temperature and cook until crisp.
Serve with vin santo.
