INSTRUCTIONS
SERVES 4-6
This is a great dish! I simply use black beans, sometimes called turtle
beans, in place of the kidney beans and use "Emily's Chili Con Carne with
Beans" recipe. The nature of the bean completely changes the chili, and the
result is just delightful.
